Perhaps this is what writing means to me as an INTP personality:

Writing is necessary for me because
I write to think (Ti),
I brainstorm and make connections (Ne),
I want to write well, so I keep writing (Si), and
I need to write to relate to the world by truly expressing myself (Fe).
